Yes, I was able to find anything I wanted via the menus or Search even though the Home structure has changed. 

BTW is there a 'sitemap'? Or an explanation of how the site layout. I don't need it but others might...

I haven't explored the new interface very much, but I do like the new way of presenting the questions and replies. Gives much better overview.
