Hello all,
I have a problem when I try to create a new project with Incopy files: the files won't load into the widget. I don't get any error message, they just don't load, nothing happens. I did tick the box "Process unsupported versions", both in File Options and in the Project settings. I tried closing Trados and reopening it to make sure the changes were implemented.
Any idea where the problem might come from?
