Try changing the font in the Studio Editor so that it's read with one that properly supports Tibetan instead of the default.  I have no experience of this language at all so I am guessing... but this seems the most logical place to start.

Okay, thank you Paul! Microsoft Himalayan seems to work fine. Issue is resolved. I'm sure other things may come up, like how to segment the text according to Tibetan punctuation, but I should be able to figure this out using other forums and languages for reference. Maybe I'll start a sub-forum of some kind for Tibetan as the issues become more clear.
