I've seen the Alison propositions for this probem, and I tried first the second option she told but it didn't work for me. So I wanted to try to rename the 14.0.0.0 folder, but I don't have this folder. I've got the 10.0.0.0 and the 11.0.0.0 folder. So what can you suggest me?

You have Studio 2014, so the relevant folders would be 11.0.0.0. Follow the same instructions but use 11 instead of 14.

The other day I found a very similar solution in the community, by renaming the folder: C:\Users\NameUser\My Documents\Studio 2014
-> with the name Studio 2014_Old
and it worked well.
