Some QuickInsert shortcuts not working in Studio

Question

The tooltip says Ctrl+Shift+e gives &euro; but is is actually not working. However some other shortcuts are working properly, e.g. Shift +Enter gives manual break, Ctrl+Shift+c gives &copy;. By the way how do you edit the QuickInsert list?

Hello Yang Lifu , 
 If you are using Studio 2019 simply use 'Tell Me'- start typing QuickInsert 
 
 and this will take you to where you need to go to -

Also please check that the shortcuts are correct in in File Options-ShortCuts as these may have been corrupted or used by another software.
