Hello!
My name is Alicia and I have a doubt about my TM. The point is the following: I have already saved some segments in my TM, but then when I open a new document to translate, the match does not happens. All I have is a blank space. I have opened the TM to see if the new segments are there, and they are.
Why the match is not happening if the segments are inside my TM?

You will have to check the following settings to make sure everything is in place:
1. Make sure you have added the TM to the new document opened for translation. To see this please go to Project Settings-up in the ribbon- and select >Language pairs>All language pairs>Translation memory and automated translation.
2. In the same TM window make sure you have the options "Enabled", and "Update" checked.
3. In Editor view, with the document opened you will have the Translation results window on the top left side of your main display showing the TM active.
