What does this error message mean: "SegmentEditDistanceComputer:diagonalOnly == true but sourceTokens.Count is targetTokens.Count"?

Question

This error pops up in one of my (rare) selfmade projects. The texts are .txt files extracted from Adobe Acrobat files and due to hard returns, a number of segments were merged in the project during translation.

As far as I'm aware, we have only seen this two or three times and have not been able to reproduce the error so far but suspect itt may have something to do with cut and pasting text (is this maybe something you do? or maybe highlight source text?) 
I would suggest that you log a support ticket so that our support team can build up a better picture of what is happening (and maybe include a link to this thread).
