When I am working in studio, I often have the source file open on my second screen. If I have multiple files open in Studio and I finish one and move on to the next, I want to close the current source file and open the next one (e.g. docx files). Sometimes in the Windows Explorer window, by mistake, I double click the Studio bilingual file, rather than the source (docx) file. Rather than switching focus back to Studio with a message such as "the file is already open" (as happens in Excel if you try to open the same file twice), my computer starts to load a SECOND INSTANCE of Studio. Of course, it opens on top of the first instance and can be closed.

Is this normal behaviour? Is there a setting I can change in Windows or Studio to prevent multiple instances of the same version of Studio being started (as I can't see any obvious use for such a possibility)?

Maybe this should be an Idea for future Studio feature or setting?
