'Copy' greyed when trying to copy unknown segments

Question

Hello, 
 I frequently analyze files and export unknown segments. When I open an UnkknownSegments file in the Exports folder and try to copy the text, 'Copy' is usually greyed out. First I must always minimize the window of Trados Studio, then 'Copy' is available again. 
 As I remember, this problem did not occur before the last one or two updates of Studio.

Indeed I have recreated the same as you and I can confirm it happens the same from my side as well. 
As an alternative, however you can press keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C /Ctrl+V, without the need to minimize the window every time this happens. 
I will pass this issue to the responsible for then to look in-depth and investigate further.
