Has support for custom segmentation rules been added since?

Hello ,
I needed to check back on this one (im still learning as well)
As you already know, the segmentation rules are TM based - but the Retrofit is part of the review process (nothing to to do with the TM), therefore at the moment Retrofit cannot support the custome segmentation.
Maybe its worthwhile adding this to the SDL IDEAS page-
