TM duplication at the local folder - "Copy of *name of the TM*...conflict from"

Question

Very often while translating the TM duplicates itself at the folder where it is located and creates once and again new TMs named "Copy of *name of the TM*... conflict from XXX". At the end, it can happen that I have 5/6 times the same TM in the local folder. What is it due to? How can I avoid it?

I don't think I have come across this problem before where the actual TM is duplicating itself. 
Could you maybe post the full error and screen shots of the project settings and the TM project folder please-
