Translate Outlook Messages?

 what is the best way to translate an MS Outlook message with Studio?

Hi 
 
You could save it as html, translate it, and then drag and drop it back into Outlook to save as an msg again? Or you could use the T-Windows for clipboard application? 
 
Neither will be ideal if you have a lot of them, but if you only have one or two these may work for you.
