 Are SDL Trados & Multiterm compliant with SQL server 2017?

It would be useful to understand exactly what you would like to do and what is exactly meant by compliant. 
 
A SQL server would be used to install products such as SDL Group Share (not Studio itself) or a Network License Manager 
Studio/MultiTerm would be installed on a normal local machine under Windows.
