Trados doesn't read the fields DESCRIPTION and ACTION in a XML file

Question

Hello everybody, 
 I'm working on a XML file on Trados Studio and it just doesn't show the content of the fields "DESCRIPTION" and "ACTION". I can see the translatable text when I open the file with Notepad++. What can I do? Do I have to change a setting? My client needs to have this content translated. 
 The file is attached.

You need to create your own file type definition in the first place. 
Looks like you relied on the included XML:Any file type, but that one translates only content of ELEMENTS, not content of ATTRIBUTES (which is your case).
