Once I add a new file to an existing multilingual project, the new file I add can't be seen by my colleagues. What can I do?

How are you sharing the files/projects? via PPX or GroupShare?
If its PPX then you simply Add Files- Quick Add Files and then resend the package.
If its via GroupShare- then Quick add files and then publish to GS.
