Adding a comment while translating

Question

Hello, I am using Studio 2019 and I am not very familiar with the product. 
 I would like to add a comment on a translation unit, but the only choice I have is to add it to the file. Can someone help?

Hello Denise Latreille , 
 Right-click in the translated unit you have selected and choose "Add a commentary". Fill in the "Commentary" window with your text. Does it help? Regards, Thierry
