Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches

Question

I clicked on the PP-file EOM(NL) to open it and got the error message seen in the illustrtaion. 
 PC system: Windows 10 / SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - 15.1.2.48878

It would seem that the UAC is causing the issues you are reporting. 
Please disable the UAC and repair Studio and the issues should be resolved
