Error message on closing TM create window

Question

I had just created a new TM and wanted to close the window to set up a project. 
 The following error message appeared: 
 
 System: PC running Windows 10 / SDL STudio 2019 SR1 - 15.1.2.48878 
 I pushed "No" on the above message and will try to sontinue.

The resolution to this issue is to turn off your UAC and then to repair Studio.
