Hello everyone, 
 I was wondering if there is a method to write numbers as "۱ ۲ ۳" instead of 123 when translating from English: Arabic in Trados.

 When you are translating from English to Arabic (or any language combination) numbers should automatically be recognised via Auto-Substitution. 
 For Auto-Substitution to work you must have added a TM to your project- under the specific language pair as follows (eg)

I doubt this is a bug in the software- if it was, i would expect many more users to report the same issue. 
Maybe you can add a few screen shots of what you are seeing in the editor view and also the project settings. 
Im sure this is some simple settings error somewhere.
