Hi, I'm new to Trados Studio 2019 and I can't load the SDL Language Cloud MT (which is supposed to be part of the package I bought) into my project. I've logged onto my SDL account but each time I try to select this TM on the Project Settings page, I get a message telling me to log into to my SDL account (which I have done)! Have I missed something in the project setup section?

It stuck and the green asterisk spins forever. I can see it jumping continuously from that page to this page: https://languagecloud.sdl.com/translation-toolkit/#dashboard

If I understand correctly you would like to access your Language Cloud account in your browser?
If so, the page your browser jumps to (...dashboard) is the right one, it is the name of the webpage of your account. Does this page load all right?
In the above page, the user, Nicky had questions about accessing the Language Cloud machine translation in Studio. Is this maybe what you are looking for?

I sometimes have the same issue. You can generate an API key in LC and then log into your account via the API key, which gives you access to MT and Terminology resources you might have on LC. That always works for me in these cases.
What does not seem to work is to train the Adaptive Engine when you are logged in with the API key, at lease it does not use any characters, which makes me think it does not train the engine either.

No Greta, it stuck and the green asterisk spins forever, I can't load that page. I have try add some of the LC urls and port (443) to trusted sites in Chrome, but it's doesn't work.
