I've accidentally deleted the server adress for SDL and I can't find this anywhere. Anyone know what the adress is? It should go where indicated in the screenie below:

Simply contact your SDL Project Manager and they should be able to provide you with all the details you need.

No you dont need the server address to work on packages in general. 
The only need this for instance if you are working with 'GroupShare' - in which case, you would be provided with the necessary server log in details and passwords etc.
