Fuzzy matches show only what should be added to segment, not what should be removed

Question

Hello, 
 As indicated above, I can only see what should be added to a segment that is a fuzzy match, but not what should be removed . I have tried "reset window layout" and "alternative window layout" as well as a couple of other settings, but the problem persists. I have SDL Studio 2015. Would be very thankful for advice.

I am assuming that this issue has only recently arisen..? 
So that we can visualize the problem - could you maybe please post a screen shot or two? and explain briefly what you would be expecting to see please.

 I'm wondering whether this was a simple 'one off' issue or this is recurring with all projects? 
 If it is the latter, then screen shots of the issue are essential (and details of the project settings etc.) as i have not come across this before and cannot replicate it either- 
 
 If this happens again, please document what you see and then share this with us please.

 I think we understand now what the issue is (this is why screen shots are really essential in helping to diagnose problems). 
 Here is an example of what seems to be the issue- 
 This is reflective of what you are seeing- (just the white box) 
 
 To resolve this- simply click on the VIEW Tab 
 
 Then you can resize the window to suit
