I was dealing with a TermExcelerator problem since mid-February. The plugin was downloading and immediately "taken in charge" by Winzip. I also had admin rights issues and SDL Multiterm.
Several exchanges with Steven Whale finally ended this morning after he took a closer look to my computer configuration. Tada! Problem solved. It took an hour! But Steven Whale fixed it and I can now be productive again.
So, I cannot thank Steven Whale enough for his help. It is greatly appreciated.
