Termbase not registering, having previously worked

Question

I've received a package from one of my agencies and have added my own termbase for termbase recognition and adding new terms. There is only one termbase but it it not recognising terms in the source segments even though theyb are in the termbase. Is this anything to do with the fact that the package has come from an external source? All help appreciated.

 If this is a normal SDL PPX package, then you should be able to add the Termbase in your settings -

Trados Studio > 1. Trados Studio
