Studio 2017 TMs: uplift option disabled after importing Studio 2015 segments

Question

Hi all, 
 there seems to be a known compatibility issue when updating Studio 2017 TMs with packages edited in Studio 2015. After the batch update the Uplift option is disabled. The strange thing is: it doesn't happen always. Anyone struggled with the same issue and found out when it happens or maybe some easy workaround?

As you say yourself, the issue only arises sporadically so it is very hard for us to replicate this. 
Would you be able to provide test files when this happens, so we can try to reproduce this?
