SDL confirmation mismatch

Question

Dears, 
 I have a problem in SDL 2015 as when I try to confirm translation of a segment like seg 241 in our case at the below pic

and seg 242 is not confirmed, the translation not only confirmed on the main seg( 241 in our case) but also confirmed at the below one(242 in our case) as shown at the below pic. 
 So please can anyone help me to understand what is happening and why that issue appear ??! Note: the issue appear s while working with SDL 2015 but it does not appear with SDL 2019.

Segment 242 in the screenshots you attached is not confirmed, but Studio entered a fuzzy match. Not surprising since the source segments are very similar indeed. In the first screenshot you must have manually edited the numbers, which is why the green "80%" turned transparent. 
Or am I wrong?
