Hi, 

I am fairly new at using SDL Trados, so apologies if this is something simple!

I have just created a new project, a word document, on SDL Trados 2019 and published to GroupShare. It all seemed to work correctly, but when I opened the file in the preparation phase the source segments are not showing up correctly. Here is an example:

All the source segments from 3 - 24 are not showing up correctly and in one segment, it tells me what the font is. 

Source segments 25 - 56 are all showing up correctly. I am not sure what is happening to the file. 

Does anyone have any ideas to make it show up correctly in Trados?
