How can I get rid of any emails from this outlet?

Question

I must have mistakenly made a wrong click and got now within the last 20 hours more than two dozens of mails from here. - And with all my efforts I did not manage to get a way to unsubsribe. 
 
 How can I get out of this?

I've just checked your account and everything seems to be correct. 
I know you've got another account (which you've mentioned via email today) 
Let's see how we can change your settings. 
 
Looking at your second account, you've subscribed to multiple forums in the Translation Productivity group. 
Because of the high activity rate of that group, you're receiving loads of new emails. 
I will unsubscribe you from the forums and make sure you won't receive any emails other than replies to your own contributions or future subscriptions.

Click on the placeholder where your picture could be at the top right and then settings. In there you can turn off all your notifications.
