マルチタームに単語を登録するように、翻訳メモリにもプロジェクトを作成せずに個別の翻訳単位を登録したい場合があり、メモリ編集画面上で直接登録できるような機能があると便利なのですが、そのような機能は付いていませんか？

You seem to be mixing up two things here. Translation Memory and MultiTerm are not the same thing. You can't add individual translation units to a TM unless you use the TM results window by adding an additional TU to your TM and then editing it to put in there what you want; or perhaps use something like T-Windows for Clipboard from the appstore:
