"Invalid VAT Number" on my SDL account

Question

Hello! 
 When I log in to my SDL account and try to access to certain areas (I wanted to go to the Downloads section), a "Complete Registration" window pops up and prevents me to go further because "my VAT number is not valid". I just checked it on the VIES system and it is valid. Thanks in advance for your help!

To log in to your SDL account successfully please remove the VAT from the popup window and check the terms and conditions. Afterwards, you will be allowed to login to your SDL account and once in there go to Account tab>Account details section. In there you can add the VAT again and save the changes. 
You should then be allowed to login successfully.
