Studio 2014 : All projects and settings disappeared

Question

Hello there! 
 
 I am using Trados studio 2014. 
 I stared it this morning and found that all of the projects as well as setting disappeared 
 Now I see "SDL Trados Studio Setup" wizard which I saw when I initially set up this Trados Studio to this PC some years ago. 
 I looks like all the TM and Term files are fine, since they are kept in different place but I want to have the projects which I was working on until yesterday... 
 Does anyone know why it happened and how I could get the projects back?

 There's more than one reason why this could happen but don't worry. Your projects will be safe on your system here: 
 C:\Users\ yourusername \Documents\Studio 2014\Projects 
 That is the default place projects are saved by Studio. It is also possible to save them elsewhere if you wish. 
 Let me know if that's not enough information.
