Hallo,
We are using the most current versions of Multiterm and Studio.
Multiterm: 2019 15.0.2.49020
Studio: 2019 SR1 15.1.2.48878
When consulting Multiterm via Studio, all cross-references fail to work. When we try to activate any cross-reference, a message appears that the cross-reference needs to be updated. The cross-reference does not work after updating. In Multiterm itself all cross-references work.
Has anyone else had this problem and are there any solutions?

Hello Patricia Burke ,
As you appear to have updated your Studio/MultiTerm applications- can I check that you have also rebooted the machine (required for tghe updates to take proper effect).
If so and the problems persist, maybe you could share some images so we can visualize this.
Also what may help, is a simple Windows Layout reset in both Studio and MultiTerm-
And change to Default layout- in MultiTerm
