Translations in TM Cannot be Leveraged to Trados Project by Pre-translation

Question

I created a Trados project and used file-based translation memory to pre-translate the files. Some strings indicated that "No matches found.", but if I copy the string and search it in the TM I used for this project, I can actually find its translation. 
 How can I leverage these translations to my project?
