When I close the editor and then reopen the same file in the editor, I need to reactivate the "Track Changes" feature. I would like to keep it on until I am done reviewing my file, is that possible? Where could I set this? Thanks!
I presume you're activating the Track Changes feature on your top toolbar.
The place to set it to permanently on is accessed via File>Options>Editor>Review:
You can also access the above settings directly by clicking the little down arrow bottom right of the 'Track Changes and TQA' section on the Review ribbon toolbar:
You also might want to UNcheck the following box, accessed via File>Options>Editor>Automation:
