Studio 2019 will not open a package after recent update

As soon as I click Open Package I get this (shown in the screenshot) instead of the file select dialog. The message is in Polish so it says that resources were not found for a specific culture (whatever that means in this context) or for the neutral culture. I am not sure why it refers to the WorldServer, I did not do anything that would involve a WorldServer as far as I can remember.

Hello,

Please try the steps below :

1.Close SDL Trados Studio
2.Go to Control Panel -> Programs -> Programs and Features.
3.Locate and select SDL WorldServer Components 15.0 for Studio 2019
4.Click the Repair button above the list of programs.
5.Open Studio and see if the issue still occurs.

I had the same problem after the newest update, and can confirm that this solution works. There was no "Repair" button to click on, however, only a greyed out "Change" buttton, so I had to uninstall instead. Which was fine for me since I don't use WorldServer anyway.

Update: It was not a good idea to uninstall WorldServer after all, as this lead to an error when trying to create the return package. So I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall Studio, including the latest update, and now everything seems to be fine again.
