Trouble with Trados 2019 last SR and new installation

Question

First error, that locked Trados after installing the latest SR (popping up). After removing Trados 2019 and trying to reinstall the newest version in SDL account the two following error messages. The newest SR does not appear among possible downloads. 
 Good advice are needed!

 It sounds as if your installation process was somehow corrupted. You need to get someone to take a look at your machine remotely. You can achieve this via the free licensing and installation help page, pretty fast: 
 installation and licensing help 
 Fill in the form, giving details of the problem and what you've tried already. Select 'Installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown and tell them that the problems occurred after installation and, most importantly, give your correct email address so that they can contact you.
