After the latest Trados 2019 update, I can not open any packages. Do you have any idea what can be done?

Hi! I updated Trados 2019 with the newest package and now it doesn't open any packages anymore. 
 Since SDL doesn't provide any support (it's not like we are paying for this software), maybe you guys can help me.

 SDL do provide rapid, free support for installation issues here:

installation and licensing help 
 Fill in the form, giving details of the problem and what you've tried already. Select 'Installation' from the 'Case type' dropdown and tell them that the problems occurred after installation and, most importantly, give your correct email address so that they can contact you.
