I've a client of us that has sent an .xlsx file showing several url, tags, placeholders and so on. I already know how to process them with SDL, but there is one particular pair of symbols that I can't replace in the text with a Studio tag, as I don't want it to be translatable text. So, everything that is between these two symbols should be replaced and not taken into account in the total word count

Exemple:

||prgCurPlural||

||rewardsSmall||

Do you have an idea about how could I replace them? It seems it doesn't work if I just add this pair either as a placeholder or a tag pair.
