Dear SDL community

we are experiencing very long processing times on *.idml files, that we receive from a specific customer.

Processing the pretranslation and analysis report takes up to one or more hours, although after the process is completed, only few lines of content is to be translated.
The files have a file size of about 1 MB. We found out that its sometimes (but not always) helpful to exclude the masterpage from the translation.
Do you know how to sort our this issue?

As these jobs are mostly urgent, we are having trouble to deliver on time.
