SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 version 5.1.44945.15

I have been trying to update this version, and every time I restart the computer after running the installer, the new installed version never appears. Instead, I am stuck with SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10012.29730. Please help.

    Hello ,

    I have seen a couple of instances in recent days, where the installation has not completed correctly.
    This may have to do with a recent AntiVirus update that may be blocking this so please add/update Studio/Multiterm to your AntiVirus white list.

    First of all i would suggest that you ensure that your system is completely up to date-
    The following SDL Community Wiki will help guide you through this process
    community.sdl.com/.../3392.how-to-part-1-trouble-shoot-unexplained-errors-and-unwanted-behavior-in-studiomultiterm

    Then I would suggest that you navigate to the following folders to complete manual installation-
    All separate installers are available in the Modules folder:

    C:ProgramData\Package Cache\SDL\SDLTradosStudio2017\modules:
    -TradosCompatibility2.msi
    -TranslationStudio15.msi
    -WorldServerComponents.msi
    (just double-click each module in turn to manually install)

    Please note you will need to be logged on as admin to perform all the necessary updates.

    Are the issues now resolved?
