Can't open document for translation!

Question

Hi all, using Studio 2017 in Windows 10 and I can't open any documents. It gets to the point where you specify languages but then just hangs and I'm unable to add a TM or click to continue. I've restarted my laptop a few times and just nothing helps! Have tried with Excel file and Word file, with no luck. It was fine a few hours ago. Very grateful for any advice as I've got a lot of work booked in...
