Locked layers in CC2019 idml file not extracted for translation

Question

Hi, 
 When importing an idml file exported with InDesign CC2019, text in locked layers is not extracted. When I check "Extract content of hidden layers", text from locked (but not hidden) layers is extracted, als well as text from hidden layers (locked or not). I am fine working with this, but it looks like a slight incompatibility with CC2019 which I would hope SDL could put on their to do list.
