Can't sign in the App (Trados 2019)

Question

Hi, 
 Trados 2019 is very slow those days. 
 And I don't even succed to sign in. I have this window "One moment" that stays there for ages. 
 The "Trouble signing in?" doesn't work ever. And I didn't succed to log a case...

We are already aware of this and the system is now up and running. Please close all Studio instances and perhaps even better restart your PC and it should work alright.
