For some time now (cannot remember exactly how long), I haven't been able to use the "Add Translation Result" function (Ctrl-T), then I noticed that all the TM functions except Concordance are greyed out in the menu bar (in Editor view) (which usually means they are deactivated). The associated shortcuts don't work either.
I checked the knowledge base, but received no hits. I have also checked "Help" and my settings, but I cannot find anything untoward.
It is very annoying not to have the ability to copy the translation result into the active segment, especially when working on a document where I have to split a lot of segments. And it certainly doesn't add to Translation Productivity.
I'm using Trados Studio 2019 SR1 15.1.0.44109 on Windows 7 Professional.
The function is working on my laptop (with the same files), but that version is Studio 2019 15.0.1.36320 (also on Windows 7).
Could something have happened when I installed the service pack?
Any help gratefully received.
Jon
