When I working with the translation project on Trados Studio 2017 or 2019, the application is closed about once in 15 minutes without any error messages.

I've already tried resetting the application or reinstalling it. After the application is closed, I can't reopen it for a while because the license is used.

It seems the translation memory affects to this application crash because when I just change the project settings or verify the delivered sdlxliff files. I've used the upgraded translation memory but the application have kept crashing so I recreate it and remain before upgrading.

Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.6278.0 (I have used the latest version but it crashed frequently so I'm testing with the older version)

Trados Studio 2019 SR1 - 15.1.0.44109

Does anyone have idea to improve this situation?
