Refund for upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 Licence to Trados Studio 2019 Licence

Question

Dear Trados, 
 last night I upgraded my Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus Licence to a Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus Licence for a new job position. I have just now realised that I can continue working with a Trados Studio 2017 Licence because at the moment it fulfills all the requirements for the new position. I would be grateful if could if I have a full refund for the upgrade.

I can see now why you might have thought this. Some of the older ones were picked up by and others I referred to http://bit.ly/SDLChat . In fact the email address Oana gave you, the http://bit.ly/SDLChat and Steve were all part of the same team who deal with these things. Today the teams focus on different things so the best approach is to either use http://bit.ly/SDLChat or info@sdltrados.com as these lead to the same team who can help you with this. 
 
It's not a case of there being a problem with your request, it's just a case of asking in the right place as Oana referred you.
