This error occurred after I disabled some plug-ins and restarted the program. I cannot run the program at all. Please help!

Resetting the following folders and restarting your machine should resolve this issue.
SDL Trados Studio 2019
(you must be logged on as administrator)
Navigate to Windows 7/8/10: C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15.0.0.
