Hello,

I've been experiencing the following error during these weeks and I was wondering if any of you could help me fix it. After completing a translation in Studio 2019 and creating the target document in MS Word (apparently the source document was ok), I opened the target .docx and I got a message that said that the ES-EU checker (Spanish to Basque) was creating problems and that I should disable it. I did so, but the document kept closing automatically over and over again, so I enabled it again. I can open the .docx but after a few seconds it closes automatically, it remains open only when I have the cursor pressed but then when I move it just closes again... 

I believe that the problem is caused by Studio, as I tried by opening other .docx files both in Basque and English and they were okay. I wish I could add some pictures about it but now I am not getting the message I got at first (the error just happens with no message) 

Any ideas on what could be the problem? I hope I explained myself well.
