I purchased SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance + eLearning for SDL Trados Studio 2019 Getting Started Translating on December 31, 2018. However, my agency asked me for utilizing other CAT tools so I'd like to get a refund of the Trados 2019. I have not opened the package nor any link. Please help me to return the license and get a full refund. I had asked for a refund a couple of weeks ago, but I haven't received any feedback yet.
