I´ve been having problems triying to enter the Editor view. I got the messsages "Failed to deactivate the Editor view" and "Unexpected exception when initializing view part fragment matches". I already followed the instructions from the Gateway page for this issue but it didn't solve the problem.
I tried by uninstalling and reinstalling the software and also by running the "Freshstart" App but non of this worked.
I do not Know what else to do... please, help!
